How Do They Work?

Similar to traditional orthodontics, clear aligner therapy works by guiding teeth to shift into their desired positions. It’s recommended that you wear the trays for 20-22 hours a day, removing them only to eat and to clean your teeth and trays. Every 1-2 weeks, you’ll replace the trays to continue shifting your teeth into alignment.
